Shipping Policy
At Rebecca Fitzy, I take pride in delivering my art to you with care. My website offers affordable shipping options throughout the UK, and other parts of the World. However, I do not currently offer shipping to the EU due to the restrictions there in shipping from the UK. I aim to ensure that your prints and original artwork arrive safely at your doorstep. Each order is carefully packaged by myself to maintain the quality of service is maintained throughout delivery.
If you have any questions regarding shipping costs or delivery times, feel free to reach out with any questions you might have. I aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days where possible. For pre-ordered greeting cards please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch due to our printers processing times. 

Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to love your new artwork! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Just contact me either through the website or via email Rebecca.fitzy.art@gmail.com, and I will guide you through the process. As a small business and an independent artist, your satisfaction is my priority, and I am  here to help with any concerns you might have.
